Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date on unused and unopened products. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted on the following:
• Accessories (matches, rolling papers, etc.)
• Products marked Limited Edition and/or Final Sale
• 3 or more of the same item
To return products, you must first email us at hello@houseplant.com to initiate the return. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. Your refund will be processed once the warehouse receives and verifies the product.
If you feel that you did not receive your purchased product and you have been charged, or if there is an issue with your order, please email us at hello@houseplant.com.
Shipping Policy
We can’t wait for you to get your order! We are making sure your Housegood is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. However, due to COVID-19 our warehouse processing time is currently 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you know when to expect your order.

We ship domestically within the US (including AK and HI, excluding Puerto Rico). Houseplant does not ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the US.
Domestic and expedited shipping options are available and will be calculated at checkout.

Special Handling Items: Additional fees may apply to heavy items or items that require special handling as noted on product pages.
Oh no! Please send your order number along with photos of the product and original packaging/packing materials in an email to hello@houseplant.com within the first three days of your delivery—we’ll help get this taken care of.

Housegoods
Our products are thoughtfully designed and made of responsibly sourced, high-quality materials. Depending on the product, we partner with vendors that have specific expertise. Our products are made in China, Taiwan and the Czech Republic.
Click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and enter in your email address. You’ll be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.
Collaborations and limited edition products are one-of-a-kind, and will likely not restock. Keep an eye out for new special pieces down the road!
Our packaging is made of recycled materials. You can repurpose the boxes for fun stuff at home or recycle all packaging components. We are using biodegradable packing peanuts that are non-toxic and dissolve in water. Run them under your faucet to break them down, it’s pretty neat.
