Yes. Each rug is made to order. Please allow additional time for production before shipping. Your rug is expected to ship 75 days after you order.

We recommend regular vacuuming and spot cleaning as needed. For deeper cleaning, professional rug cleaning is best.

We accept returns on Gloopy Rugs within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in new, unused condition. If it’s not the right fit, you’re welcome to return it. Just note that return shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee apply.
