The Rooster Pitcher is the kitchen item you didn't know you needed. Each one is freehand-painted by master artisans in Deruta, Italy, meaning no two are exactly alike. • The Orvieto Rooster design is an ancient and traditional pattern that originated in the Renaissance-era hilltop town of Orvieto, Italy. At the heart of the Orvieto pattern is a crowing rooster motif. Ceramic hand-painted serving plate, made in Italy. Food safe

• Every piece is handmade and freehand-painted by master artisans, using techniques carefully preserved and passed down through generations. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, ensuring that each item you bring into your home is truly one of a kind.

• Microwave & Conventional Oven Use
Kiln-fired at approximately 1800°F, making it highly heat-resistant. However, these pieces are designed primarily for serving, not for cooking.

That said, they may be safely used for moderate reheating in both conventional and microwave ovens. For microwave use, we suggest the following general guidelines: mugs for 1–2 minutes, and plates, bowls, and similar items for up to 4 minutes. As with any ceramic, please handle with care after heating, as surfaces may become hot.

To help preserve their beauty over time, we recommend arranging pieces with space between them, preventing contact during high-pressure wash cycles.
